Owners of the Ford Fiesta have complained about multiple problems with their transmission.  After initially denying or minimizing such issues, Ford has acknowledged problems.  Typical problems include     shuttering or difficulty in shifting gear, loss of power on initial take-off from a stop or from  low speeds,  leaking transmission seals.
