- How do I join the class action?
The short answer is you don’t. A class action involves a claim for a large group of persons. The plaintiff’s attorney will select a few people as named class representatives, The Court needs to approve or certify the claim as a class and approve a settlement.
- Can I do anything now?
Our office is accepting individual claims on a contingency basis (no payment for legal fees required).
