Nissan Altima Transmission Problem-3

Here is a typical complaint

My daughter  has a 2014 Altima while driving the engine will over rev (sometimes red lining) but lose speed especially during times of high humidity or rain events ( as a matter of fact every time ) Wright Nissan of Wexford, PA. says no code, can not duplicate. now mind you this has been in the shop now for the fourth time. even though maybe a fuel issue but this time it was full and it was recorded trying to make a left from full stop onto a side road (25MPH) and it couldn’t do it.
